Darkess, I gotta say, you're definitely right there. A lot of sites are closing down. I don't blame them. Being a webmistress is much harder than you think, so opening a site is very hard indeed. Trust me, my first feeling when opening was happiness. I was happy that I could start handling a site. Last year was when most sites are opened, there was heaps of people that found Winglin and then started opening sites or writing fanfics. I don't know why but this year seems like the/my worst [year]. I just can't believe how many sites were opened last year, in '09.

I've had a lot of things going through my life this year. Friendships, depression, request sites, school. Yeah, you get the idea. And for Winglin, apparently, it's gonna be shutted down. And request sites are opened and then constantly closed. That fact scared me. I guess many people thought it was toooo easy to open a site, but that's there they're wrong. It's a lot of effort. You have to put all your heart in a site and take care of it like... family?

I've actually decided to put my site on hiatus after the 1st anniversary. I don't know how long it'll be gone but probably at least I'll be back in 2011. I.. This did take a lot of thought. I felt that shutting my site down was just too much. All my effort that I used to create my site... just be wasted. I don't want that because SE has probably the most thing that I valve the most, besides our course, the real world of mine.

I can't even imagine my own life without SE, gosh, I can't believe how much my life literally changed because of Winglin. I need to concentrate on my studies and family. I have learnt those are the most important things in my life, friends of course too but not as important.

There will be one day where Winglin will close and so will all of the request sites. That time, I have no idea when will come but I think it's nearing.
